• In-App: Navigate to the Profile Settings section of our app. There, you will find an option to delete your account.

• Support Request: If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting our customer support team at info@titumaudio.com. Please include your account information to verify your identity.

2. Data Deletion

Upon initiating account deletion, we will:

• Personal Data: Permanently delete all personal data associated with your account from our servers. This includes, but is not limited to, your profile information, activity logs, and any saved preferences.

• Content: Remove all content you’ve uploaded or created within the app, such as photos, and any other personal contributions, unless required to retain it for legal reasons.

3. Deletion Confirmation

After you submit a request for account deletion, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. Please confirm the deletion by following the instructions in the email.

4. Timeline for Deletion

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be deleted immediately. Your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

5. Irreversible Action

Please note that account deletion is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

6. Legal Requirements

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or for dispute resolution. Such data will be securely stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
